Today was a day where the kitchen and the delivery apps did most of the work. Sometimes a body just wants to be fed, and my body made that clear.

Food
The day began with a Kratingdaeng energy drink and a Starbucks Doubleshot Espresso Latte, setting a quick pace from the start. Later, a crisp pear and a bright Fuji apple offered a welcome, refreshing break, their natural sweetness a good counterpoint. Throughout the day, I also had a Coca-Cola Zero Vanilla for its familiar taste and a Hydro Coco Vita-D, a coconut water beverage, to stay hydrated. A Cadbury Cashew Nut chocolate bar made an appearance, a small moment of indulgence.
For lunch, a generous mixed plate became the main event. It was piled high with fluffy white rice and savory fried noodles, creating a hearty base. A selection of fried items added a satisfying crunch, balanced by tender pieces of tofu and tempeh. A scattering of fresh greens provided a much-needed splash of color and a bit of lightness to the robust meal.
As evening rolled around, the focus shifted to a delivery from PHD. The Super Supreme Regular Pizza, loaded with various toppings, was the star of the show. Alongside it, a rich and comforting Mom’s Spaghetti Bolognese delivered classic flavors. To complete the spread, warm Melts Pizza slices were on hand, their cheesy interior perfect for a relaxed finish to a very food-focused day.

Movement
No steps were recorded today, and there was no dedicated exercise session. Some days are quieter than others on the movement front, and this was one of them.
Today was a reminder of how much fuel a body can take in.
Reflection
Some days are about nourishing the body in ways that might not always be aligned with the long-term plan. What matters is acknowledging it and moving forward.
