
This week brought a dynamic shift in my eating patterns, beginning with a period of very light intake and moving towards a more substantial reintroduction of food. The scale certainly reflected these changes, making for an interesting set of data points across the seven days.

A Week On The Plate
The early part of the week saw a focus on liquids and lighter fare. On Sunday and Monday, my intake included black coffee with apple cider vinegar and stevia, along with refreshing Hydro Coco Vita-D and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Vanilla. Despite the light approach, I also enjoyed some GoFood deliveries: a flavorful Ayam Geprek Pak Gembus on Sunday, and a Geprek Gold Chick on Monday. By Tuesday, I was still enjoying Coke Zero, but added fresh grapes and dragon fruit, along with a Pizzabox from GoFood.
Mid-week brought a return to more structured meals. On Wednesday and Thursday, my plate featured wholesome nasi campur from a warteg, with comforting portions of rice, crispy fried tempeh, and tender bakwan jagung alongside various vegetables. Friday was a very light day, mainly consisting of another Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Vanilla. The week concluded on Saturday with a significant refeed. The day started with a nutrient-rich blend of black coffee, Anlene Gold, L-Men Daily Whey Protein, and supplements. Later, I had a substantial meal of white rice, instant fried noodles, fried chicken with sambal, and sauteed greens. To cap it all off, a Dominos Extravaganza pizza and Crispy Chicken Strips made for a truly satisfying finish.



A Week On The Floor
My movement this week was consistently focused on walking. My feet carried me through the neighborhood and beyond, steadily racking up the steps each day. While the gym and sauna remained on pause this particular week, the rhythm of walking provided a clear sense of exertion and progress, keeping my body active and my lungs working.
Navigating the week's drastic dietary changes provided a clear lesson in how my body responds.
What This Week Taught Me
The dramatic swing in food intake this week, from very low to very high, offered a direct look at my body’s immediate reactions. It underscored the importance of understanding these patterns as I continue this journey.
