Some days feel like a sprint, others a long walk. Today was more of a comfortable sit, with a focus on good food and plenty of it.

Food
The day started with my usual morning routine: black coffee, a protein shake from L-Men, and a dose of Anlene Gold. I also had my daily apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt, fish oil, and a multivitamin to set the foundation.
Throughout the day, I sipped on a Fibe Mini, a Hydro Coco Vita-D, and a bottle of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Vanilla. Later, dinner was a plate loaded with white rice, instant fried noodles, two or three small pieces of fried chicken with a side of sambal, and a serving of sauteed greens. The savory flavors mixed well, making for a satisfying meal.
The evening brought a treat in the form of an Extravaganza Regular pizza from Dominos, alongside ten Crispy Chicken Strips. It was a generous spread, and every slice vanished quickly.

Movement
Movement was a quieter story today. My step count finished at 4,691, a number that tells its own story about staying mostly in one place. There was no gym time, no sauna steam, just the occasional walk around to keep the legs from forgetting what they do.
It was a generous spread, and every slice of pizza vanished quickly.
Reflection
Some days are for pushing, and some are for refueling. It is important to know the difference and be honest about which kind of day it was.
