A quiet four-day arc came to a close this Sunday, marking a period of diverse meals and a notable absence of recorded movement. This stretch, running from Thursday through Sunday, offered a chance to reflect on the balance between my plate and my pace.

On The Plate
The first two days brought a wide array of flavors. Thursday saw a mix of satisfying burger options like the Bangor Sultan Cheese and the Double Pitik Fire Cheese, alongside a varied sushi experience with several colored plates, Wagyu steak, and Matcha Dango. Friday continued this adventurous streak with Batagor, a rich Nasi Campur Warteg, and a substantial pizza order including Double The Flatzz and a Melts Pizza. The day rounded out with Katsu Curry and a comforting plate of Mom’s Spaghetti Bolognese.
Saturday shifted gears with a somewhat lighter caloric intake, featuring two types of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi, a refreshing selection of fruit trays like red watermelon, red dragon fruit, and honey pineapple, along with Cimory yogurt and a Coca-Cola Zero. The day also included some satisfying fried snacks: Tempe mendoan and Tahu jeletot. For Sunday, the record for the final day of this period shows no logged food, perhaps indicating a brief break from tracking or a very light day.
On The Floor
Movement during this four-day arc was minimal, with no recorded steps, gym sessions, or sauna time. The data shows a period of stillness, a quiet pause in the usual routine of walks and workouts. My legs, typically eager for the next stride, enjoyed an extended period of rest, allowing the muscles to recover completely from any past efforts.
The arc of these four days was a study in stillness, punctuated by diverse and flavorful meals.
What These Days Taught Me
Observing these four days showed me the clear need to balance my plate with my pace, reminding me that even quiet periods offer lessons for the days ahead.
