The back half of this week, spanning four days from Thursday through Sunday, turned out to be a quiet period for tracking. Sometimes a few days pass without much recorded activity or food, offering a different kind of reflection on the journey.

On The Plate
Looking back at the food for this four-day stretch, the most detailed entry comes from Saturday. That day, my plate and glass held a selection of refreshing items. I enjoyed crisp, sweet watermelon and vibrant dragon fruit, their cool textures a welcome treat. There was also a unique, pale yellow fruit, likely durian, with its distinct aroma and creamy texture. Alongside these, I had a simple orange drink mixed with water, and a Sprite. For the other three days in this window, specific food items were not tracked, indicating a less regimented approach to logging during this particular period.
On The Floor
The back half of the week brought a period of quiet stillness in terms of movement. There were no recorded steps to mark my progress across the city, no gym sessions to feel the burn of weights, and no sauna heat to rinse away the day’s efforts. My body remained largely at rest, without the familiar push of exercise or the simple rhythm of a long walk. Sometimes these stretches happen, a time when the physical demands are fewer, allowing for a different kind of recovery, even if it was not consciously planned.
A quiet stretch of days brought the taste of fresh fruit and a gentle, unhurried pace.
What These Days Taught Me
These four days were a reminder that not every period needs to be intensely tracked to be part of the journey. Sometimes, the quieter moments offer their own lessons, even if those lessons are about simple rest and fresh fruit.
